1,Vignet社からメールで新規注文が届きます。
Vignet placed a new order by email.
2,注文を分析し、大部分がリピート品で、一部が新製品であることを確認します。
Analyze the order, confirming that most products are repeat orders and a small portion are new products.
3,リピート品についてはサプライヤーと最新価格を確認。新製品については生産メーカーを探し、比較検討します。
For repeat order products, confirm the latest prices with suppliers; for new products, search for and compare production manufacturers.
4,お客様に更新後の価格を反映した注文書を送付します。
Send the order with updated prices to the customer.
5,注文を確認。お客様から前払い金が入金されます。
Confirm the order, and the customer makes the prepayment.
6,本注文では合計15社の生産メーカーが関与。各社に発注し、生産を開始します。
This order involves a total of 15 production manufacturers; place orders with each and start production.
7,生産が順次完了。検品を行い、貨物の梱包資料を収集します。
